These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the member and Pushpadia Matrimony.
Membership is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or above and legally eligible to marry under applicable Indian law.
The Company acts solely as a facilitator for matrimonial introductions and does not guarantee marriage, engagement, or compatibility.
The Company does not conduct background, criminal, financial, medical, or marital status verification unless expressly stated.
Members are solely responsible for independently verifying the identity, background, and credentials of other members.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any false, misleading, or incorrect information provided by any member.
Any dispute, disagreement, or claim between members shall be resolved independently. The Company shall not be a party to such disputes.
The Company bears no responsibility for divorce, separation, domestic disputes, financial loss, or legal proceedings arising before or after marriage.
The Company shall not be liable for any criminal acts committed by any member.
Members shall not engage in impersonation, fraud, harassment, abuse, or misuse of member information.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without notice for policy violations or legal risk.
The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the member.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, losses, and legal expenses.
The Company shall not be liable for service disruption due to events beyond reasonable control.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
