Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: Pushpadia provides digital matrimonial subscription services that are delivered instantly upon membership activation. Once activated, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Service

Pushpadia provides digital matrimonial subscription services delivered instantly upon membership activation. Once a membership plan is activated and you gain access to premium features:

The service is considered delivered and is NON-REFUNDABLE under normal circumstances.

No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for:

  • Change of mind or decision to discontinue membership
  • Unused portion of membership period
  • Voluntary account deactivation or profile deletion
  • Unsatisfactory matches or user experience

2. Cancellation & Membership Deactivation

Members cannot cancel or deactivate their subscription through the website.

To request membership deactivation, members must:

Include: Full name, registered email, mobile number, order ID/transaction ID

Upon deactivation approval:

  • Your profile will be hidden from search results
  • You will lose access to premium features
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining membership period
  • Your account data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

3. Refund Eligibility - Strict Conditions

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases and only if all of the following conditions are met.

Condition A: Duplicate Charge / Payment Error
  • Accidental duplicate charge or billing error by Pushpadia
  • Must be reported within 7 days of the charge
  • Must provide proof of duplicate transaction (screenshot/email)
  • Subject to manual review and verification by support team
Condition B: Technical Failure / Service Unavailability
  • System error preventing access to purchased premium features for 48+ hours
  • Must be reported within 7 days with proof
  • Pushpadia must acknowledge the technical fault
  • Subject to Pushpadia's sole discretion
Condition C: Service Termination by Pushpadia
  • Only if Pushpadia terminates membership due to policy violation
  • Refund eligibility determined solely by Pushpadia management
  • Company may issue partial or full credit (not cash refund)

4. Refund Processing - Credit Only (No Bank Transfer)

If a refund is approved after meeting the above conditions:

  • Refund will be issued as Pushpadia Account Credit ONLY
  • Credit can be used to purchase any future membership plan
  • Credit is non-transferable and not refundable to bank account
  • Credit is valid for 12 months from issuance date
  • Expired credits cannot be reactivated
  • No cash refunds or bank transfers under any circumstances

5. How to Request a Refund (Only via Support)

Members who believe they meet the refund eligibility conditions must follow this process:

Step 1: Email Pushpadiamatrimony@gmail.com with:
  • Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]"
  • Registered email address and mobile number
  • Transaction ID and order details
  • Clear explanation of why refund is being requested
  • Screenshots/proof of the issue (for duplicate charges or technical errors)
Step 2: Call +91-9742225242 during business hours to discuss
Step 3: Wait for support team review (5-10 business days)
Step 4: Support team will communicate decision via email

6. Refund Request Rejection

Refund requests will be rejected if:

  • Member changes mind or is unsatisfied with matches
  • Member did not find suitable matches
  • Request is made after 30 days of purchase
  • Member cannot provide supporting proof
  • Request does not meet the strict conditions in Section 3
  • Multiple refund requests within a short period

Pushpadia's decision on refund eligibility is final and binding.

7. No Auto-Renewal

Pushpadia memberships do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a membership to continue access after expiration. No charges will be applied without explicit new purchase.

8. No Refund for Voluntary Actions

No refund, credit, or adjustment will be issued for:

  • Voluntary profile deletion
  • Voluntary account deactivation
  • Change of personal circumstances
  • Relocation to another country
  • Marriage or relationship formed outside the platform

9. Chargeback Policy - Strict

Initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital service is considered fraud and a serious violation of our terms.

Members who initiate chargebacks:

  • Will be permanently banned from the platform
  • Will have their profile and all data deleted
  • Are subject to legal action for fraud
  • Will be reported to payment gateways and credit card companies

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds must be resolved:

  1. First through direct communication with Pushpadiamatrimony@gmail.com
  2. Then through legal proceedings under jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka courts
  3. Members cannot dispute through payment gateways or banking channels

12. Policy Changes

Pushpadia reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

Membership fees are non-refundable once premium features are activated.
