Pushpadia Matrimony ("the Company") is a commercial matrimonial facilitation service. The Company respects the privacy of its members and processes personal information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
The Company may collect personal, family, educational, occupational, religious, caste-related, contact details, photographs, and identity information voluntarily provided by members.
All information is self-declared by members. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of such information.
Information is used solely for profile creation, matchmaking facilitation, communication between members, verification (if any), and internal business records.
By registering, members provide free, informed, and explicit consent for the collection, storage, processing, and display of their information for matrimonial purposes.
Information is shared only with other registered members. The Company does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
Reasonable security measures are implemented; however, the Company does not warrant absolute security of data.
The Company shall not be liable for misuse, unauthorized access, or distribution of information by members or third parties.
Information may be disclosed when required by law or by a competent authority.
The Company reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion without prior notice.
